How does the CPP promotion work?
Centre for Positive Psychology clients receive 25% off the $70 weekly program for the first three months: $52.50/week including GST, then $70/week. Tell Chris you are a CPP client at induction. He will send the CPP payment link afterwards; confirm that CPP25 appears in Stripe before paying.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Email kardaras.ep@gmail.com before your next weekly renewal. Your coaching and Trainerize program access continue until the end of your current paid weekly billing period, then cease. Chris confirms the final access date and time. Booking or cancelling an induction does not start a subscription. If you already have one, cancel it separately by email.
What if the program is unsuitable for me?
Chris reviews suitability before sending a payment link. If the program is unsuitable or you choose not to proceed, no subscription payment is due. If a payment has already been taken before an initial finding of unsuitability and no ongoing program has been supplied, it will be refunded and the subscription cancelled. Your consumer rights remain available.
What happens after I sign up?
Book your induction in Cliniko, then complete the combined Jotform for health screening, goals and consent before your call. Chris reviews your responses at induction and personally sends the payment link afterwards if you both decide to proceed. Booking and form completion do not start billing.
When will I receive my program?
Your personalised program will be ready within 48 hours once your induction, payment and any required screening or clearance are complete. Chris will email your Trainerize invitation.
Where are my details saved?
Cliniko holds booking and clinical records. Jotform stores onboarding answers and emails a copy of the answers to Chris’s Gmail. Clinical documents and programs may also be kept in Google Drive/Sheets or downloaded to his devices. If you proceed, Stripe handles payment and Trainerize holds your program and coaching messages. This signup page uses OpenAI Sites hosting. It keeps only an optional checklist in memory and cannot verify provider completion. Read our privacy policy for details.
